There is also going to be a 1 CD version. If I remember right, the 1 CD version is mostly (not all) "rockers," and the 2 CD version seemed to really pile in the "ballads."
Also, I had read that only the 1 CD version was being released in the USA. That seemed really odd, so the plans may have changed, but it's possible that the 2CD version may only be available through the UK link.
As a side note, I know that Scorpions were not in the same category as Bon Jovi and Def Leppard when it came to getting pop radio airplay in the USA. But when I first saw the track-listing a week ago, I was surprised that Rhythm of Love is not in there, so I went to Wiki to check out their singles history to see if there was anything else missing. I was very surprised to see that they only had 6 singles to hit the Hot 100, and only 2 top 40 hits (Rock You Like a Hurricane, Winds of Change). I would have thought there would be a few more in there.
I looked in my Rock Tracks book for Billboard and they had 19 Album Rock hits including 8 Top 10 hits, so that’s where they scored big, not the singles charts.
