“Voyeur” is the fifth studio album by American singer-songwriter Kim Carnes, released in 1982. Known for her raspy voice, Carnes gained widespread recognition with her hit single “Bette Davis Eyes,” and “Voyeur” capitalized on that success, blending elements of pop, rock, and new wave with a more polished 1980s production style. “Voyeur” is noted for its polished 80s production, mixing synthesizers and electronic elements with more traditional rock instrumentation.
