thank you, but

it doesn't work for me, it switches me over to amazon music and then there is nothing there.

of course, that's not to say that i am not doing something wrong myself...... :sigh:

does anyone else find this whole thing to be odd.

i mean nicolette larson was a fairly big name in the 70's and 80's, why would they not make an album of hers available in the united states?

and why did it take me 34 years to find out it even existed?

At that point Larson had no record deal in the U.S. She was signed to Compagnia Generale del Disco in Italy, it was recorded in Italy with Italian producers and musicians, and it sold poorly in Italy. It came out in 1988, pre-internet. It's not surprising you were unaware of it. Unfortunately her career never took off.

yeah, it was right after the 2 country albums she did, and those didn't do very well either.

my goal now is just to find a way to download all 8 songs, i have found 5, the other 3 are somewhat of an enigma.

Unfortunately, the Rolling Stone article requires a subscription to read.

I liked the tribute to Nicolette performed by Carole King and an Ensemble of performers. It opened the tribute album to Nicolette. The album was released and I thought at one time a DVD of the concert was supposed to be released? Unless I missed it, it was not released on DVD. Also there does not seem to be any footage online.
