It seemed so complicated
When I tried to ask you for it.
I simply couldn't state it
But I couldn't just ignore it.
So that is why it ended.
Can it be you cannot give it?
It cannot be pretended.
It appears you have to live it
What I needed most from you
Was neither love or adoration.
And the only thing from you
That could have saved our situation
Was kindness.
