Roger Stern is the author of the New York Times bestseller The Death and Life of Superman. He has written for radio, television, the stage, and the Internet, creating scripts for everything from commercials and sketch comedy to trading cards and flash–animation.

With more than thirty years of experience in the comic book industry, Roger has written hundreds of stories about such diverse characters as Green Lantern, Supergirl, and Starman for DC Comics; and Spider–Man, Captain America, and the Incredible Hulk for Marvel. For ten years, he was the senior writer of the Superman series of comics for DC, contributing to Action Comics, Superman, The Adventures of Superman, Superman: The Man of Steel, and Superman: The Man of Tomorrow.

Roger has written several graphic novels -- including Doctor Strange & Doctor Doom: Triumph and Torment, Superman: A Nation Divided, The Incredible Hulk vs. Superman, and Superman for Earth. His stories have been collected in dozens of editions, including Captain America: War & Remembrance, The Death and Return of Superman Omnibus, Darkman vs. Army of Darkness, Spider-Man Visionaries: Roger Stern, Volume 1, and JLA: That Was Now, This Is Then.

Roger's second prose novel, Smallville: Strange Visitors -- an original story based on the characters from the hit television series -- was published by Warner Books in 2002. His third prose novel, Superman: The Never-Ending Battle, was published by Pocket Books in 2005. An audio book adaptation of Superman: The Never-Ending Battle is due out in September from Graphic Audio.

Roger's most recent comics work includes The All New Atom, JLA Classified, and Giant-Size Incredible Hulk. X-Men: Odd Men Out -- a story that he wrote in 1991-- will finally see print in July of 2008.

Roger is currently writing an issue of The Amazing Spider-Man and a top-secret project.

I recently got a request for a website that carried my bio. Since I couldn't find one that was up-to-date, I decided to post this.

It's not too heavy on the ego, is it?

Looks informative and concise to me. Except the part about the top secret project. Need many more details about that.

I think it's just fine, Rog. The only thing I'd add is a mention of your Avengers work.

Yes, The Avengers. Other than that you have the ALA's seal of approval. :)

That only works if you read it in a Peter Graves voice. :)

Although, it sounds a little silly when you read it with Eric Idle's voice.
