I have read a number of Superman books over the years. Out of all of those, my favorite is the story Uncle Rog wrote in Adventures of Superman #462. I highly recommend it to one and all, especially during the Christmas holidays.

Secrets Behind the Comics: I wrote the story in the middle of an August heatwave, and watched Mr. Magoo's Christmas Carol to get in the mood.

As I understand it, August is also the time period when many Christmas albums are recorded. If the music, book, and movie industries were really on the ball, they'd ship everyone down to Australia in August so they can enjoy winter while creating those classics.
