I offer this service across the street, for a few years now, but I now officially open it up to IMWANkers as well, though a few of you have already taken the initiative and engaged my services as a procurer of rare antiquities. Cheap comics actually, but that sounds cooler. Let me know what your want lists are, leaving out silver age stuff, and hard to find books that are always going to be expensive. Give me lists of the stuff that I've got a shot at finding for you for a buck, because that's what I will charge you. $1 each for everything, with some exceptions that are negotiable, like the fellows that want me to find Byrne X-Men for $5-10 each.

Don't expect me to find your stuff in a few days. It takes time to bargain hunt, sometimes months, and I will want to find everything if you give me a small list, before I'm ready to ship to you. If you give me a giant list, then I will find a batch and ship a batch, when you are ready to take some off my hands. You will have to pay for shipping, but I won't charge you more than I need to, to get it to you via USPS. I will ship anywhere. I think that's basically it. Email me, leave a PM, or post your want lists here. If anyone else has the stuff you ask for, I don't mind if someone else wants to step in to fill the holes. This is a favor for fellow IMWANkers, and something I enjoy doing, not a business, and you won't hurt my feelings. Unless, you ask me to find stuff, then don't pay me after I lay out a bunch of cash, or tell me that you already found something at you LCS, or whatever, with no notice. If you do find something you ask me to get, just let me know, and I'll take it off my shopping list. Any time you're ready.

Dave. Just a shot in the dark here. You said no SILVER AGE, but do you ever run across even older stuff?
Like, say, "crappy" old Golden Age Dell comics that no one wants?

Making some more quick bucks, eh Dave? I don't purchase back issues anymore, but this is a great service you are doing, thanks.

Beach, sometimes I can find low grrade stuff cheap (silver age/ atomic age from the 50's), like $5 or less, sometimes a buck or two, but true Golden age Dells....I don't recall ever seeing that kind of stuff for a buck. Hunting for specific issues in that range? Forget it, I'd go nuts. If you'd be interested in say, anything that's Dell with a 10 cent cover for a buck, I'd do it for you. I'd have more luck with the 12 centers though.

Thanks, anyway, Dave. Just checking.

I have suggested in the past that comic-collecting buddies of mine do something like this: become my
"Four Color Agents!" Because I know a lot of them love to check through back issues, but haven't got
the money to buy them. This way, they can hunt, buy the comics, read them, and make a buck or
two for their efforts. Plus, we get to spread around cheap back issues that we wouldn't ordinarily get
a chance to see.

Good luck.

I offer my full endorsement of Dave's comicbook hunting skills!

Whether that helps or hurts him is an entirely different matter!

Sure, Eric. Check with fearlessreadersonline.com first though. They may have all that stuff for a buck. That goes for anyone here. They have a vast library, adding all the time, brand new stuff even, NM-VF comics for a buck each.

I won't be getting my stuff, clearly, so now I'm just waiting on a refund. The guy claims he's going to send one but that he can't figure out how to do it. We'll see.

I looked, FearlessReadersOnline.com didn't have the Strange Tales #1-19, Cloak and Dagger books, but I have them if you want them, Eric. $20 will cover it and shipping too. If not, no big deal. I know you didn't officially ask.

Thanks for finding Faust 12 Dave, I sent you an email with a few requests from your $1 list across the street to add to the books to ship this way.

Dave, yes, sign me up. Paypal? PM me. Or I'll PM you. Let's do this.

I'll ship anywhere, but you must pay the postage. With USPS priority flat rates, a packet of 10-15 comics to England will be about $12-13, and a box that will hold from 25-75 comics will go for $43.00

Consider this post GOOD FEEDBACK for Dave.

Thanks, Dave! The comics arrived today, safe and sound. You've helped me complete my Cloak & Dagger collection. Thanks!
