The absolute best steak you can get in the Puget Sound area is here: http://www.quilcedacreekcasino.com/dining/torch-grill/They have a flatiron steak that is absolutely melt-in-your-mouth, and anywhere else we go feels like a letdown.

My favorite casual dining place is Bertucci's, a faux Italian chain that I think is much better than Olive Garden.
