The Baxter building would be the coolest to wander around and see awesome gadgets. The classic Fortress of Solitude would be epic to explore though, and be more interesting to someone not Reed Richards smart. I'll go with that one.

The correct answer is the old Justice League Satellite HQ.

Avengers Mansion because it looked like it really could be in NYC.

As much as I prefer Batman to Superman, and Avengers to anything put out by DC,
it would probably be coolest to hang out at the Fortress of Solitude, especially if I got
to tinker with the stuff.

I'd probably end up dead playing with some of that stuff, but…

The second I saw the title of the thread, I thought Baxter Building.

I'm a huge Batman fan but maybe it's that The Baxter Building is simply an office building. It's got some amazing stuff inside but it's an office building. With the coolest office ever. The FF work there, live there, fight there, regularly launch off into other dimensions from there. But at its heart, it's an office building.

It's not a millionaire mansion or cave or a satellite or giant ice palace, it's an office building....with other tennants.

"Coolest" would be the Teen Titans cave headquarters that not only had a fireman's pole but also a "Batman on TV - Miss it NEVER!" billboard hiding their heliport.

First thought was Baxter Building. X-Mansion would be cool just to have access to the Danger Room. Fortress of Solitude and Batavia would be fun to visit in a museum sense. Ultimately I chose the comic version Helicarrier because it's just awesome and mobile.

The cool thing about the X-Masion is that they always said it was in Westchester County and since I lived in that county, I would try to figure out what town the Mansion was in.

1407 Greymalkin Lane, Salem Center. I don't even know why I remember that.

Right. There isn't a Salem Center, NY, but there is a North Salem that is probably where it is. That's the northern most part of Westchester, right next to Putnam County.
