Even if they'd never done anything besides "Who's on First" it would be Abbot and Costello. That's still one of the funniest bits ever done. I can watch it over and over. :)

Bob Hope got my vote - I've seen all those "Road" movies he did with Bing Crosby and I love them. Abbott & Costello would be a close (who's on) second, though.
