Let's see ... some Invaders appear, so it's Marvel ... some of it in WW2, some not, so the lead character(s) are likely to be ongoing concerns in today's continuity ... which could mean Captain America, Namor and/or The Human Torch ... (actually I don't know what the original Torch's status is nowadays) ... but you're associated with Cap, so from TPTB's perspective you bring built-in promotional value to anything you do with the character ...

Okay, I'll guess that it's a grand Captain America story that takes places in more than one era of his history, and I'll further guess that there's a tribute aspect to the story because he's currently dead.

(Is there any other walk of life outside of comics where people use the phrase "currently dead"? :))
