Trev do you do pencils first or straight to ink? What tools do you use? Really nice stuff. I like the loose style.

I use Manga Studio 3.0. On the speed drawing, I do a quick layout using a pencil tool, add a layer, and go straight to inking.
For the stuff I spend more time on, there's a lot more layers (a couple for backgrounds, one for figures, one for foreground, and one or two to tighten the layout into a more detailed structure.
