Picked up the Masterworks about two years ago. Nice collection.

Marvel was really fired up about super teams in the 1970's. Defenders and Champions created around the same time.

I recently picked up the HB of Marvel's EYE OF THE CAMERA. I got Marvels when it came
out, but I wasn't buying comics when these came out. I've yet to read the story, though.

This sounds like something "I'd like to read".

This is missing the big fight with Godzilla where Hercules accidentally destroys the Helicarrier.

Yeah, that's a shame that Marvel couldn't have put up a little cash for a temporary licensing deal.

Those were some good times to be alive. And the Godzilla cartoon on Saturday mornings was right about then.

I was one heartbroken nine-year-old when Marvel cancelled Godzilla.

It was Godzooky I felt sorry for. Godzilla was always going to have a comeback...poor Godzooky has never worked again.
