He is correct about the ending of Holy Grail. It sucks.

Ah, it's justice for Frank! Except they arrested the wrong knights. It's funny.
It's also a fine ending if you're running out of money.

I think I've seen something like that skit on one of the live specials.

It's on "Live At The Hollywood Bowl".

Thanks. Yeah, I didn't have time to watch the complete YouTube posting; it certainly looked
like it was turning into the skit used at the Bowl.

Yes they're funny, but are these Python films historically accurate?

That- discussing whether or not an absurdist comedy is historically accurate - could be, in itself, a Monty Python sketch.

For those of you with TCM, it's a double-feature night tonight - Holy Grail and Brian.

I gravitate toward British humor shows, so it's nice to see that YouTube clip where someone like Chapman
talks about American comedies.

Goodness, he looks older than ever. Of course, he would at 85, but, wow - to actually see it.

I wonder how long it's been since I last saw him since he didn't seem so decrepit last time.

I hope to still be alive when I can get a NTSC Region 1 or 0 DVD copy. I have just one slot left in my custom John Cleese
disc storage case. So as it's sure to be lots of rare content and extra features, I'd rather see it on one Region A Blu-Ray
muliple 2 DVDs.

Also, whenever we have a nostalgic craving, BroJi, I now do own all the caption-enabled, complete remastered Python
seasons on 7 Blu Ray discs. As a half-sesson-at-a-time Dinner-Time pallet cleanser option, know these are available.

:runjoy:
Also available to a non-Beach Family IMWAN or ICE member, I can ship you the 14 series discs on DVD. Years ago, I cut
the Megaset packaging into thin-packs, two per case. Great shape, but I really could use text captions now when viewing.

No money expect by me for this. I want a board member to benefit. Just PM me the desire and shipping location (after
I let you know it's still available). It may be gone by then as… there … is no… [kachunk] No. 2… [kachunk] "The Larch."
Just one set to offer.

Afterwards, if you feel inclined return the (hopeful) pleasure and kindess, make a small donation to ICE or IMWAN. :-)

What I find amusing about the announcement is...I have tickets to see him in October, touring with Holy Grail again. Granted, it's different than the Evening With... tour, which I also saw, but it's still another tour, he just gets to nap for the first 90 minutes.

A 1975 collaboration of Graham Chapman and Douglas Adams.

Mr. Chapman gives his opinions on the Opinions program.
