Maybe Taylor intends the song to have a different meaning that would be a Christmas song... Here Comes the Son.

The included version of "Here Comes The Sun" originally appeared on Yo-Yo Ma's 2008 album Songs Of Joy And Peace. Here's the promo video:

i do believe that anyone who wanted these songs already has them, nothing makes sense anymore.

seriously, if you are going to do this, add a couple or three new tunes for the fans......

This album's rollout over the years has been a disaster -- different covers, limited availability, "website exclusives", download-only tracks... making a Complete Edition of everything allows a James Taylor collector to throw that whole mess over the side and replace it with one nice finalised CD. It makes sense and I wish more artists would do this.
