OK - they have just started showing the 3rd series of smallville here - I have just watched the first episode on the telly.
Well at the end where Jon burst into superspeed - it appeared to me that him and Clark didn't actually fall out of a window but jumped a shark...
This show does get better, right?

Season 3 is not nearly as strong as 2 IMO, but towards the end it picks up. 2 was so full of the Krypton stuff and constant twists/turns, to me season 3 felt like they were treading water quite a bit. Not that it's bad, just not as good as 2.

At least the later sequels are not as formulaic as the first season. Enjoyable as it was virtually every episode featured a Kryptonite Freak!
