I would recommend it, it has beautiful art and a very interesting story. If the concept of supernatural going ons during World War II interests you, I would definitely pick it up. My only complaint is that a lot of characters are introduced and I found it a little hard to figure out who they were at first.
I read Metabarons and The Incal for awhile a few years ago. Good stuff, I'm looking forward to more from the DC/Humanoids partnership.
